A pied : à marée basse, Tatihou devient une presqu'île. Vous pouvez y accéder à pied quand le coefficient de marée est suffisant (environ 60). Il faut environ 25 minutes pour faire le trajet. Prévoyez des chaussures ne craignant pas l'eau de mer et renseignez-vous sur les horaires de marée
